Dr. Hahn Rollenband AT R7511AT00 three-section roller door hinge

The DR. HAHN Rollenband AT hinge has a diameter of only 20 mm with a height of 200 mm, fully meeting the demanding imagination of developers and architects regarding the unobtrusive and restrained design of door hinges in commercial or residential construction.

The Rollenband AT roller hinge is a system component that can be used with the aluminum door profile system FT 72. It is made of aluminum and zinc alloy, offering very high corrosion resistance.

The adjustment of the hinge is made in six directions and occurs within the hinge itself. The hinge is supplied in a pre-assembled form, which allows for quick and easy installation.

The hinges are used for doors subject to frequent and heavy loads, supporting a weight of 180 kg (3 hinges). They have undergone testing for 200,000 cycles. Suitable for fire doors (EN 1634-1), they enhance the door structures’ anti-burglary properties.

The MONZA hinge for profiles with a Euro groove (groove 14x18 mm)

The two-section hinge is suitable for doors made from window profiles. The body and anchor plates are made from extruded aluminum, the adjustable bushing is made from Delrin®, the axis and screws are stainless steel, and the caps are made from nylon. It is supplied fully assembled with anchor plates.

Horizontal adjustments (+/- 2mm) and vertical adjustments (0/+4mm) are possible with the leaf closed, and compression adjustment (+/- 0.5mm) can be achieved by turning the bushing.

It is installed directly into the grooves on the profile using a counterplate provided in an assembled form, without the need for machining, and is fixed on the leaf with screws.

Door hinge HN-3302 (14mm rebate)

The two-part hinge is suitable for doors made from window profiles. The body and embedded plates are manufactured from extruded aluminum, the adjustable bushing is made from nylon, and the axis and screws are stainless steel, with caps also made from nylon.

Supplied fully assembled with embedded plates. Horizontal adjustments are possible (+/- 0.7mm), and gasket compression adjustment (+/- 0.3mm) via rotation of the bushing.

Installed directly into the profile slots using a counterplate supplied in an assembled state, with no need for machining, and fixed on the sash using screws.
