Technical specifications

guide wall thickness 2 mm
bracket wall thickness 3-4 mm
bracket arm projection 80-230 mm
maximum structure height 73,5 m
material of brackets, guide profiles, and additional fastening elements aluminum alloy grade 6063 T6
profile color powder coating according to the RAL scale

Cladding: aluminum composite panels, porcelain stoneware, fiber cement boards, facade metal cassettes sized according to static calculations, HPL panels.

The exclusive glazing bead conceals visible fastening elements of the pressure strip, protects the strip from water, dirt, and other unwanted substances, giving it a unique appearance.

Application

Installation of suspended facade systems on buildings of various complexity levels, whether under construction or renovation. The system is designed to meet standard technological parameters in accordance with SCSs 2.6-31 requirements and to implement structural principles of energy saving in accordance with SCSs V.1.2-11 provisions.

Components of the system

  1. Brackets
  2. Guide profile
  3. Starting kleimer
  4. Ordinary kleimer
  5. Side kleimer
  6. Large-format porcelain stoneware
  7. Facade of the building
  1. Cladding material

Defines the building's design and also serves as protection from external influences.

  2. Air gap

Located between the cladding materials and the insulation.

  3. Subsystem

Serves as the load-bearing frame and absorbs all horizontal and vertical loads.

  4. Thermal insulation layer

Attached to the building's exterior wall and serves as a reliable insulator.

  5. Hydro-windproof membrane

Protects the insulation from moisture and airflows.

  6. Building facade

    Exterior walls of the building

Installation

The cladding material can be mounted on a galvanized steel, stainless steel, or aluminum substructure. The aluminum substructure is the most successful and popular choice due to its excellent price-to-quality ratio. Aluminum is almost three times lighter than steel, sufficiently strong, and resistant to corrosion.

The ventilated facade is mounted to the wall in such a way that there is an air gap between the wall and the decorative covering, through which internal moisture is removed. Additionally, this gap helps retain heat inside the building and enhances sound insulation. For additional insulation, a thermal insulation layer is typically installed between the wall and the cladding material.
