Reconstructed residential building in Taurage
In the Lithuanian city of Taurage, near the central bus station, a reconstruction of a multi-storey residential building has been carried out as part of the 'Renovation of the Year' project aimed at improving the energy efficiency of neighborhoods. As a result of the modernization, the 'gray' Soviet-era apartment block has been transformed into a modern residential building with the spirit of the old town.
For the window glazing with PVC Framex profiles, single-chamber insulated glass units with energy-saving glass and aeroventilation have been used In the balcony combined structures, single-chamber energy-saving transparent glass units are installed on top, while white sandwich panels are used at the bottom.
Single-chamber insulated glass units with energy-saving and reinforced glass, as well as warm edge spacer, are used for basement windows.
