Residential complex "ONIX" - a convenient place for active life, work and study
Residential complex "Onix" is a high-quality and energy-efficient residential complex with comfortable apartment layouts, which is an adornment of the Sosnivskyi district of Cherkasy. It consists of two nine-story comfort class buildings. The use of the latest technologies in the residential complex "Onix" helps residents of the complex save on utility bills. All 752 apartments are equipped with windows made of 6-chamber PVC profile Framex F71, whose energy-saving characteristics are optimal for the climate of Ukraine. The facility uses both white and "anthracite in mass" windows. Double-glazed windows are energy-saving.

For doors to the roof and to unheated utility rooms, the doors are made of aluminum system profiles Framex F46M, in which pressed joints ensure the reliability and durability of the structures. Frosted glass is used in the double-glazed windows, which provides not only privacy, but also the aesthetics of the interior.
