Cellular house at Resta 2023
The modern prefabricated cellular house embodies digital solutions, innovations, and the latest building materials It is featured at the annual Resta exhibition, the largest construction show in the Baltic countries, showcasing modern and eco-friendly trends in the construction industry.
The facility uses the classic 6-chamber PVC profile system, Framex 71 Anthracite (gray throughout), which is manufactured using a unique technology where not only the external parts of the profile but also the plastic itself (in cross-section) are gray. It offers the necessary consumer qualities at an affordable price and does not require additional lamination.
The cabin is equipped with 4 windows and 3 entrance doors, featuring single-chamber energy-saving glass units filled with argon and bent aluminum spacer bars. The hardware is by Roto.
