Framex 80 PVC profiles are made from PVC-U in accordance with DSTU B V27-130 requirements The thickness of the profile walls meets class B according to DIN EN 12608 / class B according to DSTU B V27-130.

The profile design provides high thermal resistance values. A filling depth of up to 50 mm allows for the use of wide insulating glass units in doors, offering high thermal and acoustic insulation properties.
The modern design of the glazing bead profile with an external angle of 90° gives door structures a stylish appearance. Three sealing contours provide maximum thermal insulation properties and enhance the soundproofing and water resistance of the doors.

Controlled ventilation of the cavity between the profile groove and the edge of the insulating glass unit is achieved through drainage and ventilation holes located in the outer chambers of the frames and sashes, ensuring effective drainage of condensation and rainwater. The profile design allows moisture to be directed sideways or downwards using specialized drainage profiles.
